Welcome to the Holistic Hair mobile message service (the “Service”). By signing up, you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Consent & Participation

By joining, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Holistic Hair to the mobile number you provide.
Messages may be sent using an automated system.
Service-related messages include updates, alerts, and account information.
Promotional messages may include special offers, promotions, and cart reminders.
Participation is voluntary and not required to make purchases.

2. Charges

Holistic Hair does not charge for this service.
Standard message and data rates may apply through your mobile provider.
You are responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier.

3. Message Frequency & Keywords

Message frequency varies.
To opt out, text STOP or click the unsubscribe link (where available). You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

You can also use START or YES (if applicable) to resubscribe.

4. Mobile Number Changes & Delivery

Ensure you provide a valid mobile number. If you get a new number, you must resubscribe.
Holistic Hair is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Short Codes & Numbers

We may change the short code or number used for the service. Requests sent to old numbers may not be received.

6. Liability & Privacy

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, or any actions taken based on the information sent.
