SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

We offer FREE SHIPPING within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $50.00.  For orders under this amount, delivery is just $5.00.  Orders are dispatched quickly and you should expect to receive your goods within 3 working days.  All orders are sent with courier tracking.  We will send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent.  We are unable to deliver to P O Box or parcel pod addresses. Holistic Hair® accepts responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit that have been sent with courier tracking, please contact us on order@holistichair.co.nz within 7 days of your order in the unlikely event of an issue with delivery.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND 

We welcome international orders and offer a choice of either non-tracked airmail or tracked courier delivery to best suit your needs.  Depending on your choice of service you can expect your international order between 3 – 14 business days. We accept responsibility for international orders shipped using the tracked courier delivery option only. Please be aware that orders shipping to countries other than NZ may be subject to import duty or other customs taxes.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
