RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
- We can only accept returns for products purchased from holistichair.co.nz. For products purchased from a Holistic Hair stockist please contact the store concerned to arrange your return or exchange.
- We will accept products for refund or exchange provided they are returned in their original packaging, are not over 50% used and have not been altered.
- Shipping costs paid for the original order are non-refundable. We will ship exchanged products to you at no extra cost (within NZ) once we have received your returned items.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for shipping costs to return the products to us, we are not responsible for return packages that may be damaged or lost in transit. We recommend using a tracking service for return shipping.
If you have purchased a product from holistichair.co.nz and wish to return it for a refund or exchange please email us within 30 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org
with your name, contact details, the product you wish to return, purchase date and your reason for return. We will then advise where to return the product and provide information regarding the exchange or refund.
