Are holistic hair products 100% natural?

We provide a percentage of natural origin, which includes ingredients that are both natural and naturally derived. This percentage is found on the front of every product.

Do your products include any synthetic ingredients?

We believe that natural is better when it comes to hair care, which is why we strive to use primarily natural and natural-origin ingredients in our products. You won't find any harsh chemicals or synthetic fragrances in our formulations.

Are any of your products vegan or vegetarian?

Yes, most of our hair care products are vegan and vegetarian-friendly. We understand that some people prefer to use products that align with their dietary choices & lifestyle, which is why we offer a wide range of options suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Our Pure Shampoo and Conditioner includes Manuka Honey.

Do any of your products contain nuts?

Our Scalp Treatment Oil contains sweet almond oil.

What is your policy on animal testing?

We advocate cruelty-free and are proud to manufacture in New Zealand, a country that prohibits testing on animals. In addition to using recyclable materials for our product packaging, we also minimise waste during production by recycling, reusing, or repurposing any excess materials whenever possible. This helps us reduce our overall environmental footprint while creating high-quality hair care products.

Are your bottles BPA-free?

Yes, all of our bottles are free of bisphenol A (BPA).

How long does a product last once opened?

You can reference the Period after Opening (POA) symbol on the back of every label.

Are your shampoos safe for infants?

Although we are confident our products are suitable for everyone, infants can be allergic to any number of ingredients. Due to this fact, we recommend a patch test first.

I am pregnant; can I use your shampoos and conditioners?

Pure shampoo and conditioner are formulated without essential oils.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and AfterPay.
