    Where are your ingredients sourced from?

    We source plant-based ingredients globally, selecting only those that are sustainably grown and ethically harvested. We work with partners who align with our values of fair labour, environmental care, and social responsibility.

    Are your products 100% natural?

    We provide the percentage of natural origin on each product, reflecting ingredients that are either natural or naturally derived.

    Do your products contain synthetic ingredients?

    Our focus is on natural and natural-origin ingredients. However, where necessary, we may include a safe synthetic if it improves performance or stability. You’ll never find harsh chemicals or synthetic fragrances, and we list every ingredient on our packaging and website for full transparency.

    Which ingredients do you avoid?

    We follow international guidelines, including those from the EU and Health Canada, and avoid any ingredients listed as banned or unsafe.

    Are your products vegan or vegetarian?

    Yes, most of our products are vegan and vegetarian-friendly. The Pure Shampoo and Conditioner contain Manuka Honey.

    Do any products contain nuts?

    Our Scalp Treatment Oil contains sweet almond oil.

    Do you test on animals?

    Never. Animal testing is prohibited in New Zealand, and we only work with suppliers who also uphold cruelty-free practices.

    Is your packaging recyclable?

    Yes. We design packaging with a circular economy in mind—using 100% recycled plastic bottles, glass, aluminium, and FSC-certified cardboard. Recycling guidelines vary, so please check with your local facilities.

    Are your bottles BPA-free?

    Yes, all bottles are BPA-free.

    How long does a product last once opened?

    Check the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the back of each label for guidance.

    Are your shampoos safe for infants?

    While our formulations are gentle, we recommend a patch test first, as infants can be sensitive to various ingredients.

    Can I use your products during pregnancy?

    Yes. Our Pure Shampoo and Conditioner are formulated without essential oils.
