Returns & Exchange Policy

1. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from holistichair.co.nz. If purchased from a stockist, please contact the store directly.
2. Products may be returned for refund or exchange provided they are returned in original packaging, are not more than 50% used, and have not been altered. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange (within New Zealand). Approved exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost within New Zealand.
6. International customers are fully responsible for paying all international return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
7. For international orders, we only offer refunds. We are unable to offer exchanges or replacement items for international returns.

How to Return a Product

To return a product purchased from holistichair.co.nz, please email us within 30 days of purchase at order@holistichair.co.nz with:

• Your name and contact details
• The product you wish to return
• Your purchase date
• Your reason for return

We will then provide return instructions and next steps for your refund or exchange.
